Down Down Down #SassyMusings 7/31/14

  • All day long. Never fun when you are long positions. I am glad that I have been mostly staying away from short dated options.
  • Maybe new month money comes in tomorrow for a decent rally? I think it could happen also taking into account being short-term oversold.
  • Then the question is, have we seen the bottom for a while. Was this a wonder day wonder or something much bigger? Hmmm, not so sure. I guess I don’t really need to know for certain anyway.
  • I bought MSFT yesterday on the 20-day. It was working earlier but not so much right now. Haven’t done much else besides what I already had before. Want to stay out of too much trouble.
  • So we have LNKD and TSLA today. I think we are getting close to seeing the end of all the big earnings. A few left.
  • Glad I got out of my TWTR gamble (posted it here) yesterday morning. You just never know with these gaps.
  • Seasonally August is weak, but I’m not ready to say BTD is out of style for the rest of the summer yet. Chop though would not surprise me.
